Customer Service / Collections Manager

Hi-Line, Inc. has an outstanding opportunity at our home office in Dallas for a Customer Service / Collections Manager Job in our Customer Accounting Department. The main focus of this position would be approving/releasing sales orders, managing collections for a set group of accounts, and providing customer service to our sales force/customers. This position is quite diverse and requires the ability to multi-task in a challenging environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Accountable for maintaining high standards of speed and accuracy and promoting positive relations with internal and external customers. Accountable for maintaining (within a designated AGR group) an aging not to exceed 5% > 60 days. Accountable for expediting customer requests and other accounting documents within a designated time period.

Job Requirements


  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Three to five years’ collections and data entry experience, preferred.
  • MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and 10-key by touch.
  • Must be an energetic, intelligent, and quick learner in a fast-past environment, with excellent numeric perception.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Uses diplomacy in executing policies/resolving issues with customers and Territory Managers.
